I'm starting to get tired of carrots. I still have about 8lbs to process. They're not big carrots. The longest ones are no longer than my hand and no bigger around than an US quarter, but most of them are smaller than that. This is ridiculous. Sometimes I wonder why I do this to myself. 😅
