Did you ever think that maybe we've evolved as far as we can go, and now we're just starting towards extinction. There's some of us, who see it, but it seems like less all the time. Whatever clock that's been ticking away at humanity is just winding down. We've gone as far as we can go or are allowed to go. A couple hundred thousand years, and then a footnote, a blip of a species.
