‼️ Long post ahead.. Just sharing my experience 😊

A few months ago I was diagnosed with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)—recently recognized globally as Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) - is a common hormonal condition in women. It happens when your hormones are out of balance, which can cause irregular periods, excess androgen, and small cysts on the ovaries.

What it can feel like:
Bloating, acne, weight changes, hair thinning or extra hair growth, fatigue, and it often comes with anxiety, mood swings, or depression too. It affects everyone differently.

Living with PMOS is exhausting. You feel so much — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. The bloating, the fatigue, the breakouts… plus the anxiety that creeps in when your body feels out of control, and the depression that hits on days nothing makes sense ✨

Sometimes it feels like you don’t even understand yourself anymore. _‘Can I even keep going with this?’_ The hormone swings don’t just mess with your cycle — they mess with your mind. Some days you’re anxious about the future. Other days you’re just… numb. And it’s okay to say it’s hard 💛

But PCOS, anxiety, and depression don’t make you broken. They make you human, and incredibly strong for still showing up. If you’re fighting this too: you’re not alone. Rest, talk to someone, get help if you can. You deserve care, not shame. One day at a time, we’ve got this 💪🌸
