My grandfather, born in 1900, was a Jew. He survived WWII after being sent to labour camps. His family was murdered by the Nazi's.
My grandmother, my father and his sister had to flee Arnhem by feet. When they (plus my grandfather) returned to their house (Julianalaan) after the war, it had fortunately not been bombed. However, all their belongings had disappeared.
It's beyond imagination what the Germans did to Jews (and other victims) of WWII.
W.r.t. Jews, what the Nazi's did was caused by the one and only correct definition of antisemitism: indiscriminate, prejudiced hatred of any Jew - regardless of what they did, what they thought or their age. Just because they happened to be born as a Jew.
It's even more beyond (my) imagination what ancestors of Holocaust survivors *now*, 80 years later, do to Palestinian children.

“The humanitarian crisis is worsening day by day,” she said. The border with Egypt has been closed for nearly a month, which means nothing has entered Gaza.

I personally am of no inportance (I'm old, I had a good life). The children shown below are important, because they are still young. Unimaginably, Israel wants them to die. These kids just happened to be born as Palestinians. What did *THEY* do wrong?
