[ DreamLab-AI/nostr-rust-forum ] feat(forum-client): a practice poker table behind operator, wallet and member gates
Heads-up limit hold'em against a house bot at /table, in practice chips.
Three gates must hold before any of it renders: [features] poker in the
operator TOML (projected as window.__ENV__.POKER with a POKER_CONFIG
object), the member wallet, and the member's own Settings → Games
preference, off by default.
- nostr-bbs-config: Features.poker, a typed [poker] section with
to_env_json() and validate(), wired into validate_config.
