Despite all the reasons to hate Apple, and great googly moogly there are *many*, and despite the fact that the OS has gotten significantly worse in very stupid ways in recent years through *many* unforced errors, I still contend that Apple's offerings are A) fundamentally Unix systems, and B) the best Unixen that have ever existed, and C) the *only* usable Unix GUI, desktop or mobile.
I might wish otherwise, but I do not deny my own lying eyes.
