Is there a better way to ripen fruit?
I keep struggling with peaches/mangoes/plums that are hard forever and then suddenly spoiled. Yes, I've tried paper bags.
Not certain what's best scientifically, but I imagine a product kind of like an egg carton, with larger, shallower divots for the fruit. It would be machine washable and would have a lot of air gaps. There would be one or more separate covers with airholes sized for certain fruit. Anything like that, or something better?
