I've been looking for guided meditations for sleep and the space has been absolutely flooded with AI crap. I guess I need to look for actual CD's published before 2012 or something and then rip them?
Anyway if anyone has any suggestions let me know. I'm hoping for something that has several 20 minute or so options. Something I can download to a device, rather than paying a monthly fee or accessing from a web page.
