OK, our lesbians...
Can you recommend a book or another source of information on the history of lesbians? There were way too many such books about men, but it is as if lesbians never existed ... When looking on amazon it is fiull of queer this and queer that, I do not give a damn about the modern, woke bull, so not sure where to look. Anywho, I wonder about this as I ended up listening to some interview about Hindley and West relationship in jail (it was not very voluntary as I was at the dentist´s waiting room). They were talking about that ex-nun which became jail officer that was so infatuated with Myra (?) that she wanted to help her escape. And about West and her preference for women and how terrible childhood she had (seriously would be probably trans if she was a teen now that one).
Anywho, I was wondering if there were women volunteering for convent not because men are assholes, but because they just wanted to be among other women because of the atraction and to not have to be forced into marriage with a bloke.
