I think I’d say no - it shows effort in making a great agent however it raises concerns about how much the candidate is really into _that_ company. It’s hard to know if you’ve applied to 1000 positions or just this one, and if you applied to 1000 responding to you (or continuing the process) is a waste of time 😬
