I've had a frustrating hour battling Woolies on the phone which ended up with them finally telling me the address of where my order was wrongly delivered (in the next building), after they had given me a full refund, a free delivery voucher and a $20 credit. I got wet but was able to recover my groceries and am about $200 better off for the experience. 🤷🏻
