Let us be clear. There is NO two-child cap for child benefit, which is paid for EVERY child with NO upper limit. This Tory policy applies to people on certain state benefits claiming an extra amount. It is separate from the normal child benefit, the one that most people think is being discussed here. Please set the record straight when this is being discussed. The Tory bastards stole all the money and have made it very hard for Labour to reverse it any time soon.
