Let me be clear: I'm doubtful and skeptic about the viability of nuclear, not impatient. What I see is tech that chronically seems to go over budget, over time and under-perform compared to the theory. What you're pointing to here is exactly that: Things on the drawing board or at best prototypes. The data seems to show they result in expensive disappointments.
