Background noise generation - it has such a vast catalog of sounds that can be easily combined and adjusted with numerous sliders for each sound
Meditative vibes, thunder, rain, cafes, chants, etc.
With headphones on 🎧, these really seem to aid my focus while doing certain tasks. I won't pretend to understand all the audio terminology or claims - but it just feels good.
