The latex dried much faster than the oil paints, so not a few times I was caught off- guard and had to correct my mistakes. This was not difficult to do; I just dipped my spine in some water and smoothed off the mistake and tried again. Some artists use a spray bottle; this technique does not work well for me so I erase and reapply a new coat instead.
