it started with a streamer (Ellabyss) on my server being trolled by players glitching into their base and firing lots of fireworks to the point that they left the server and went to singleplayer.
I added noenter flag as a solution so players could flag their base as noenter and keep trolls off of their property, and this worked for the streamer.
the problem were lots and lots of trolls who decided to start claiming areas like paths and setting noenter flag which made it impossible to get out of spawn at one point.
then I added a rule banning misuse of the noenter flag on paths and such, which caused a mass protest of more people setting it on more public (anything that is supposed to be accessible to anyone) locations
so I just deleted it and added strict anti troll rules, along with updating permissions so any moderator and any streamer that tells me that they're streaming having perms to temp ban anyone until the end of the stream because I couldn't be bothered anymore.
my other option which I scrapped was removing anti grief plugins and the rules associated so no property rights.
