I really like these bags for the potatoes, I have them in 10, 15, and 50 lb sizes now along with the 5 lbs in the net bags. This will allow for much better air circulation and I'm hoping that by storing them in the studio they won't be so fast to try putting off growth. The basement of the house has soil exposed in part which allows a lot of humidity and caused the spuds to explode in growth over winter.
