hmm, that shouldn't work tho. At least in the US, you must demonstrate actual use of the mark in commerce to qualify. It's a *trade* mark. If you're not actively trading with it in their jurisdiction, then registration is denied. The rules for trademarks are pretty much the same in this regard, around the world.
