[ flox1an/nostube ] fix: treat image.nostr.build as non-Blossom for imgproxy routing
image.nostr.build serves images without preserving the SHA256 hash in
the filename, so imgproxy's Blossom-hash lookup (xs=/as= preset route)
rejects them. Add it to NON_BLOSSOM_SERVERS alongside video.nostr.build
so useImageCascade falls back to the legacy /insecure/ directive route
with the full source URL instead.
