Refilling my coffee and think of a few more things I need to get at the market at lunch.
Rather than convince myself "I'll remember by the time I get upstairs and put it in my phone" I grabbed a sticky note and wrote it all down immediately.
Went upstairs and realized the sticky note was still down on the kitchen counter. 😭
