I know land surveyors have a dim view of GIS, and readily point out that only *they* are the authority on boundaries, but dammit, I want someone to ANSWER for this plat. This plat doesn't even agree with itself! It doesn't even agree with *fundamental math*.
What's the surveyor equivalent of being disbarred?
