One thing I still find interesting, after all these years, is how w]our tastes change as we get older, 40-50 years ago, my late night snacks would be all about sweet sugary food. Now, my ideal snack is some thinly sliced cloves of garlic, lightly fried in ghee then sprinkled with salt, or spicy pork chicharrons.
