I know what y'all are working on is going to mainly focus on the RSS to nostr bridge, but if you add the nostr podcasts (I prefer dereks spec currently), it'll likely encourage usage.
Also, this is going to get complex if you allow one list to have all of those different kinda favorites right? What the benefit of not separating out each medium into its own list?
