I mean, I dunno what anyone wants me to say right - I'm watching all your papers portray avoiding a shutdown by separating off the DHS funding as a win for Chuck Schumer, and not really pointing out that ICE gets two weeks of current funding while they work out "guardrails" which I just pointed out they cannot enforce.
