Mental health and life are mother fucker man. Every day I try to learn from my mistakes and ease my anxiety through holistic, natural methods. And every day I’m reminded of my horrible decisions from my past, yet I feel like I just keep making bad decisions and mistakes. I feel like it’s so hard to make up for the past and I keep trying to claw my way out of never ending quicksand. 🤦♂️
