While `ValorLang (name pending)` doesn't exist, one could accomplish similar things with MOP & metaclasses
It wouldn't cover *everything*, necessarily, but it could be used for relevant cases.
One can also do some things with lambdas as capabilities.
(And then we loop back to macros & MOP for `funcallable-standard-class` because why not?)
