i disagree idk abt men but if i heard anything from straightoid women its that a lot of them seem to enjoy emotionally competent men (yet there is a lack of them out there which is ur chance 2 game the system snacks!). from own experiences/extrapolating/guessing why the "women like assholes" meme exists, its prolly because a lot of guys that are attractive because they check enough other boxes than the emotional stuff just happen to be assholes. either because they have the dating-marketplace capital to act assholeish with not enough repercussions, or because some other attractive feature about them (prolly confidence, knowledge and deployment of rizz energy) correlates with being an asshole but is not the same or caused by it
