I don't know why plebs are surprised that shitcoin core devs are now censoring any proposal to reduce/fix the spam regardless of how bad or good that proposal is.

He is clearly saying that people (aka plebs) have lost trust in shitcoin core and I wouldn't be surprised if BIP110 will end the shitcoin core sometime next year.
