Great question, it's a hard problem.
My strategy for this is:
Bootstrap with nostr and bitcoin plebs, they're at the cutting edge and understand and value the spirit we're building in.
Make it work fantastic for AI agents, because you don't need human friends in the app when you have 100 agents to talk to.
Get it in the hands of journalists and activists who need unstoppable secure messaging.
That's as far as my plan goes as of now, but that's already getting us to 100k+ users hopefully. From there on out it's easier to grow.
