Basically per nip-65 each npub should have ~~3 or so write relays.

This means that when you check relay one you might get 30% coverage, second one adds 15% , third 8%… by relay number 20 you’re at ~~~98% coverage.

I think this is the power law.

So the problem for outbox is 1) finding stuff maximally, and 2) doing so in an efficient manner.

If you are pinging 500 relays this is not efficient.

If you are pinging only 8 relays, you are leaving coverage on the table.
