So exactly the the problem that most sources report happened. The TPU filament gets jammed up in the feeder and starves the print head.

So trying now at even slower speed, and retraction set to 0. Also bumped the nozzle temp up to 230°C in the hope that improves flow.

Then I realised my first layer is printing too tight to the bed, causing the filament to back up and the feeding mechanism to push filament into itself. I've thrown in a z-offset (yep, should have calibrated!)
