Most of the time he is undermining the cause. The other day he read out a bunch of stats from a study to the TGA head (Skerrit) then when Skerrit said "what study is that" Roberts was... "umm not sure". Skerrit said "no worries I know which one it is and I have a copy here". Yet again making him look like a tool. He needs to do a lot better.
