I don't take any supplements when I'm going to drink. I know this is a meme, but I gave this serious thought before and decided that giving my liver just one substance to break down is better than mixing in other stuff. I can probably be more granular about what can be mixed and what not, but as a rule of thumb, I skip them all when I have a drink.
