My most successful method has been timelocked or password protected coin, on a paper wallet gifted to children of friends and family.
Available when they turn 16.
A round number amount like 100 or a 1000 quid.
Then every birthday it easy to tell the parents what it's worth.
A few good years of that and they are ready to buy so themselves.
Keep a backup.
