Alright, either I've gotten some malware infecting Firefox or something fishy is up. Now I'm getting popup ads, like notifications from the actual browser. No extensions are causing this.
I cleared all data from midnight onwards, let's see if it continues and if so, I'm ditching Firefox for good.
