I recently found out that all of the women who have reported sexual harassment this year to the University of Washington Allen School of CSE received a “needs improvement” on their Review of Progress, except [@Hello_KayT](https://discuss.systems/@Hello_KayT ) presumably because she published both a MICRO and a HotOS paper this year. I’m speechless. If nothing else tells you how UW treats women who complain, this tells you everything. I would give them a needs improvement on .. sexism.
