There's no "waiting to make his move" — Mr. Poilievre is doing everything he can now to bring down the Liberal government. Though I'm sure he doesn't expect his efforts to bear fruit any time soon, since he'll need the NDP and the Bloc to also want an election.
I hope that PM Carney manages to turn things around for this country: greater economic growth, lower cost of housing, etc. But I don't really think this country will have the changes it requires until Mr. Poilievre is PM.
