There is great power in your word. This power starts in you own internal dialog & is amplified as it is transformed into action.
Before dialog is your belief system & to shift your thoughts, words & action, we often have to first reflect on our beliefs.
I picked up a lovely belief from a book called "Conversations with God". It is that a belief should only be supported while it serves your greater purpose. It's allowed me to shed beliefs that don't serve me & adopt those that do.
If you choose to judge others, you'd better be sure that you also live up to those standards. If you do not, then you will punish yourself more harshly than anyone else will.
The universe seeks to maintain balance & harmony. If your actions are misaligned with your words, one will need to yield or you will never experience harmony in your reality.
