he is white but low class white from Spain and I think son of a single mother, if I kick him the next one they put is gonna be worse, he is simply stupid and incapable of controlling his impulses, just low class trash, I could explain to him how he is noisy or even intimidate him but Im ok, I just put my noise cancelling headphones on and barely hear him, I'll leave this place in a couple weeks or days anyway.
