So I have fallen down a Flora Purim hole, and I have stuff to do so I need to put down the computer..
But the hole led to 70's fusion, and begs the question.. Why do I think 70's Jazz Fusion both awesome and cringe worthy bad at the same time?
Is it just me?
Is is Jean Luc Ponty ?
Is it the Keytars? The flutes? The somewhat ove-hyped vibe of it at the time?
I was 15 years old in 1978. There was a lot going on, why did this hit me the way it did then, and still does now?
