Claude is my daily driver but I use ChatGPT and Gemini on occasion just to make sure that I'm not missing out on anything.
Claude does great working with data.
My advice is start small. Identify minor, tedious things and ask yourself if AI could fix it for you. It probably can.
I started with having it write small single purpose browser extensions for me that helped semi-automate repetitive tasks.
