I have opted out of politics. I don't vote for anything anymore. Yes i know it's a hard earned thing but i think the return of investment on the obtained brain rot vs perceived democracy is simply not worth caring about.
My brain was never meant to take countless cases of emotional distress about things i am not going realistically do a loy sbout, so why burden myself with poisoning my brain with knowing about these matters.
