Nostr is not divided by topics like Usenet newsgroups, that's IMVHO one of the reason it haven't taken off much.
Another is the lack of a unified app:
- relay
- client
- chat equivalent
- mail equivalent
- VoIP (audio and video)
Haven is good integrating some functions but still not enough, the same is for current Nostr clients.
