Peugeot is shit. I had 2 and they just get clogged. They say don't use them over steaming food but then you can't use them for cooking so what's the point? So I used them to cook, and whaddya know they got clogged.
Anyway I'd say the OXO grinders I have which are tall and see through, but they're not sold anymore. My only advice is that cheap is in no way bad, and hand powered is likely better than motorized. It's also nice if you can see how much salt/pepper is left. Also nice is being able to adjust the fineness/courseness if the grind.
