I fully agree. However, in a world with mamy ignorant people who are willing to resort to violence (and governments who only exist through the monopolization of violence) it becomes the responsibility of free individuals to oppose such violence, with force if necessary.
There is also no argument when confornted by a bear, of which we have many where I live. I'd highly recommend Jason Lowrey's book, Soft War, for a rational argument for the appropriate application of violence. There is an audiobook posted as a podcast for free by Jay (nprofile…6e5s)
