Just FYI to Americans reading this: if I switch I am NOT coming back.
I switched from Heinz ketchup to French’s when they closed the tomato plant in Ontario and we never bought it again even though they reopened in Quebec. It’s easier to switch ketchups than a backup service.
Tell your reps you are losing business!
