All together now!
Didn't put the fried fish into the sauce (as say shrimp might have gone) but just put the fish over the grits and the ladeled the sauce over that. Umami
Oh yeah partner steamed up some broccoli too.
And yes we all had a 2nd fillet of flounder and it was excellent (totally not sorry it wasn't shrimp with the grits)
