They can't even get rid of that Gaza guy. Every time people mas report and block him, he just makes a new duplicate account. One of the drawbacks to nostr's censorship resistant is that it is really resilient to censorship... Even the terrible stuff.
I don't think it is as simple as "do you even check?"
