I feel very mentally unwell indeed. Some friends just asked what they can do to help, if jokes and memes would help, or if I wanted to chat. Any sort of interaction would help. I’m crying in the bath because my head’s so messed up and it feels like familiar bad territory. So anything to keep me feeling connected would be wonderful
