In L.A., the same dude cut my hair for 15 years. Never got a bad one. He LISTENED to what I wanted, and was done in maybe 7 minutes, at most.
Just got my 2nd cut here in Ct. (The first one was not good.) Tried a new place. Gave simple, clear instructions to a highly recommended "stylist."
45 minutes later, my fucking head looks like I lost a fight with a rototiller.
JFC... where is competence!?!?!
